As Team Ninja continues to revitalize the fighting pedigree they established with Dead or Alive 6, the details keep coming. We saw the inclusion of Ayane, Marie Rose, and Honoka at Tokyo Game Show, but it seems Team Ninja is gearing up for even more awesome announcements, the first of which may happen Friday morning on October 5, 2018.

The news of announcement tomorrow came from an official source at Team Ninja, but clues have been appearing since the last confirmed Dead or Alive 6 announcement at Tokyo Game Show, as reported by Dual Shockers on October 2. Dual Shockers hinted at the possibility of reveals in the week of October 8. However, a Team Ninja rep since confirmed that we will see some fresh Dead or Alive 6 reveals early on October 5.

What might the new announcements be? A number of things are possible. Dual Shockers coverage hinted at the possibility of Lisa and Kokoro making a return to the game in the clues article above. It could also be some fresh new stages, following hot on the track of the Prehistoric stage revealed with Ayane, Marie Rose, and Honoka, and the pirate ship stage featured alongside reveals of Leifang and Hitomi. It’s too early to say, but if tomorrow’s announcement is indeed happening, maybe we can expect to see a couple new characters in action and a new stage for Dead or Alive 6?
