Looking for some of the best FIFA 19 wonderkids in Career Mode? We’ve gone into depth with the best young goalkeepers, best young defenders, best young midfielders and the best young forwards, but now it’s time to look at the best young players in FIFA 19 overall. These are the 10 best young players in FIFA 19.

10. Patrick Cutrone - AC Milan - ST - £14.1m

Patrick Cutrone is AC Milan’s up and coming superstar. The Italian striker currently sits at a 77 overall rating but he can increase to an 89. His best stats are his finishing and attacking positioning, so he’s very much a poacher and can finish the ball from any angle inside the box.

9. Marcus Rashford - Manchester United - LW - £23.3m

The Rash-dog has been a regular started in United’s first team for a couple of years now, despite only being 20 years old. He can play on the left wing or up front and he boasts four star skill moves so he can jostle his way into goal scoring opportunities. He’s already got an 81 rating but that can go up to 89 if you can tempt him from England’s biggest club.

8. Leon Bailey - Bayer Leverkusen - LM - £27.7m

Bayer Leverkusen’s Jamaican wide midfielder is at home on the left side of midfield but he can flourish on the right too. He’s not cheap - you’ll need to pay almost £30m for the 21-year-old but he can quickly become one of the best players in the game.

7. Malcom - FC Barcelona - RW - £32.1m

Snapping up this 21-year-old Brazilian from Barcelona will improve your team tenfold, as the right winger can surge up to a 90 rating. He’s currently at 83 - better than most players in the game anyway - so he can become a regular in your squad as soon as you sign him.

6. Matthijs de Ligt - Ajax - CB - £18m

The only defender in the top 10 best young players is de Ligt, Ajax’s 19-year-old centre back. At 6’2”, he boasts 87 strength, 82 standing tackles and 80 heading so he can deal with any situation at the back. Expect de Ligt to become one of the best centre backs in the world in a few years, especially when he reaches his 91 potential.

5. Ousmane Dembele - FC Barcelona - RW - £30.4m

The second Barcelona player in the top 10, Dembele is a  21-year-old Frenchman who can play on either the right or the left. He’s been tearing it up since Neymar’s departure for the Spanish giants and his FIFA 19 stats reflect that. 91 acceleration and dribbling with very decent shooting stats - not to mention his 91 potential - make him a great choice if you can afford him.

4. Vinicius Junior - Real Madrid - LW - £15.4m

Real Madrid’s Brazilian starlet is the youngest player in this list at just 18-years-old. His current rating is only 77 but with a potential of 92, he can quickly become one of the best. 93 pace is his main attribute and when you factor in his five star skill moves, Vinicius Junior could easily become the next Ronaldinho.

3. Gabriel Jesus - Manchester City - ST - £36.1m

Only the second Premier League player to feature in the top 10, Gabriel Jesus may not start every game ahead of Aguero yet but he will do before long. The 21-year-old has a plethora of top stats including 86 pace, 86 dribbling, 88 attacking positioning, 84 finishing and 85 ball control. With his four star skill moves, City’s Brazilian forward is soon to be unstoppable when he reaches his potential of 92.

2. Gianluigi Donnarumma - AC Milan - GK - £25.5m

A goalkeeper in the top 10? This may seem like madness but it’s well deserved as Donnarumma is just 19-years-old and is already AC Milan’s first choice man between the sticks. With 88 diving and 88 reflexes, the youngster will keep anything out of the goal but you’ll have to pay over £25m to acquire his services - a price that will only go up as he soars to his 93 potential.

1. Kylian Mbappe - PSG - RW - £63.4m

If you expected any different you’d be crazy - of course Mbappe is the best young player in FIFA 19. PSG’s French winger has represented France at the world cup, performed time and time again in the Champions League, all that’s left is to see him do it in the Prem. If you want to tempt him to your team you’ll have to offer north of £63m but it’s worth it as he’s currently boasting an 87 rating that can eventually increase to a 95. He can play on the wing or up front and with five star skill moves, he and Neymar will soon be battling for the Ballon d’Or each year.
