Earlier this week at the 2018 Tempest Esports Business Awards, the Esports Arena Las Vegas was crowned the “Venue of the Year” in recognition of the impact it has had on the face of esports in North America. “From the moment we saw this space at Luxor, we knew we had a chance to open people’s eyes to what a live esports experience could be like, from top tier events to daily play, with a never-before-seen facility and world-class production capabilities,” said Jud Hannigan, CEO of Allied Esports. “Congratulations to the entire Allied and Esports Arena Las Vegas team, as well as our incredible partners that help to bring the venue to life every day. We are looking forward to generating even more excitement from the arena in the years to come.”
The Esports Arena Las Vegas has played host to a wide variety of events, including the Ninja Vegas ’18 Fortnite tournament, World Poker Tour events, and the inaugural Twin Galaxies Fight Club. With the success of the venue and the events held there, it’s no wonder it was named “Venue of the Year” and will likely continue to garner such acclaim in the years to come.
