Overwatch Could Get Its Own Cereal Thanks to Kellogg's

It looks like Blizzard might be partnering with Kellogg's to create a real-life version of the in-game cereal, Lucio-Oh's.

It looks like fans might soon get what they asked for, as Blizzard is reportedly teaming up with Kellogg’s to create an Overwatch branded cereal, Lúcio-Oh’s. fans have been clamoring for the cereal to become a real thing for some time now, and it looks like it might have just worked.

The Junk Food Aisle released the initial report over the weekend, after spotting a product listing on 1FS, a product catalog website. It seems the cereal will likely be available by December 3rd. the cereal itself seems to be similar in design to other flavored loop cereal, such as Froot Loops, however despite the colorful artwork the flavor listed on the box is “Sonic Vanilla”. We don’t have any indication on pricing as yet, however if this is a product intended for wide release, then it shouldn’t be much more than a standard cereal.

Additionally, the box art also depicts instructions to obtaining a “Loot Box Boost”, which would grant players an additional loot box when they level up for the next three levels. According to the box art, the promotion is set to run from December 3rd through to December 31st of 2019, so fingers crossed this does end up being a real product that is here to stay for some time.
