Ever since the pack-a-punch machine was first introduced into the world of Call of Duty zombies, the powerful weapon transformation that the pack-a-punch machine offers has been a staple for any player's strategy for surviving a Call of Duty zombies experience. This has not changed in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, and we have all of the information you need to know in order to unlock the pack-a-punch machine of the Voyage of Despair Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 zombies map.
Voyage of Despair Pack-a-Punch Machine - Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies
The first step that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 zombies players will need to do in order to activate and unlock the pack-a-punch machine in Voyage of Despair is to activate the Sentinel Artifact that can be found at the stern of the ship that you are battling the undead on. You will need at least 6,250 points to open all of the various doors that will lead you to the Sentinel Artifact in order to begin your quest to unlocking the pack-a-punch machine in Voyage of Despair.
Players will first need to clear the debris at the stars near the spawn location for 750 points. You will need to then follow the halls and unlock the door that you will come across for 1,000 points. Head down the stairs that you will come across next and open the door that will be found on your right side for 1,250 points. Players will then need to traverse the deck and enter the first lounge by using the furniture that will be in your vicinity.
The next step for finding the Sentinel Artifact to unlock the Voyage of Despair Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 zombies map pack-a-punch machine will have you go the back of the first lounge and unlock the door for 1,500 points. Make your way back to the deck of the Voyage of Despair ship and use one of the lifeboats to travel up to the upper deck. You will then need to head towards the back of the ship and take out the debris for a cost of 1,750 points. All that is left is for you to do in order to activate the Sentinel Artifact is to head up the stairs and interact with the mystical and powerful item.
Once the Voyage of Despair Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 zombies map Sentinel Artifact is activated, players will see four powerful orbs of light head to different locations of the ship. You will need to interact with each of the four altars where the four orbs of light traveled to. The last altar that you interact with will be the one that transforms into the Voyage of Despair pack-a-punch machine.

- Near the Sentinel Artifact near the very rear of the Voyage of Despair ship
- The Bottom of the Grand Staircase
- The Turbine room
- The Cargo Hold
Players should also be able to unlock the pack-a-punch machine in Voyage of Despair within the first 10 rounds or so if you make it your main objective and have a full team of players to split the cost of opening doors and clearing away obstacles.
Once all four of the Voyage of Despair orb of light altars have been activated, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 zombies players will find the pack-a-punch machine appear at the last location they activated an altar at. While the cost for upgrading a weapon with the pack-a-punch machine is hefty at 5,000 points per weapon, the massive upgrades that a weapon goes through when it is put into the pack-a-punch is well worth the cost and will help you greatly in surviving much longer in your Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 zombies Voyage of Despair experience.
