Rockstar Games’ highly anticipated title of Red Dead Redemption 2 is finally in the hands of the video game community and there are sure to be plenty of highlight moments to remember. One way players can remember their best Red Dead Redemption 2 moments is by learning how to take photos.

How to Take Photos in Red Dead Redemption 2

Players will find the Red Dead Redemption 2 camera for the main character of Arthur Morgan in their weapon wheel. This will be your tool in taking all of the best images you can collect. You will need to hold down L1 or LB to access the weapon wheel. Once you have done this you will need to hold down R1 or RB to switch to the items section. This is where you will find the location of the camera in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Players will have the options of handheld and self portrait as the two ways for photo taking when they equip the photo taking camera.

The self portrait option for the Red Dead Redemption 2 camera will have the user options of take photo, back, enable focus lock, zoom, expression, view photos and pose. Utilizing the handheld option for the camera will provide the options of view photos, back, enable focus lock, zoom and finally take photo.

With the camera in hand, players can play around with the various poses and expressions of Arthur Morgan as they learn how to take photos. Arthur Morgan is not the most lively fellow the wild west has ever seen, but players can still take some memorable photos of the main character by learning how to take photos in Red Dead Redemption 2.
