How to Get Aerodactyl in Pokemon Lets Go
Trainers looking to add the prehistoric creature to their team will need to begin their journey to do so by making sure one of their Pokemon has learned the Chop Down secret technique. Once you had had one of your team members learn the Chop Down secret technique players will need to cut down the tree that is found behind the Museum of Silence that is located in Pewter City.
Once the tree has been cut down players will be able to enter a secret passage in the back of the Museum of Silence. Trainers will then find a NPC inside of the building that will give you a piece of Old Amber. Receiving the Old Amber will kick off the Old Amber Aerodactyl quest that will allow you to get Aerodactyl in Lets Go Pikachu and Eevee.
Players will then need to make their way to Cinnabar Island. The location of Cinnabar Island will be where players can find the Cinnabar Lab that is near the Pokemon Center on the island. Enter the Cinnabar Lab building and make your way to the scientist character that will be next to a machine. This scientist will be able to revive any fossil you give to him, so once you have given him the Old Amber you will get an Aerodactyl in return and have one of the rarest Pokemon Lets Go creatures as a member of your team in Aerodactyl.
