The Overwatch Yule Log Play Overwatch Twitch stream is back this year for the holidays, and it features Jeff Kaplan and what looks to be some guest appearances.

The holiday season is when traditions from across the world can be spotted all over. This is no different for the video game industry with one of the newest ones from the popular first person shooter title from Blizzard Entertainment in Overwatch being one of the most popular and having started its 2018 edition on Monday, December 24th. This holiday tradition is the Overwatch Yule Log stream that takes place on the Play Overwatch Twitch channel and features everyone's favorite game director Jeff Kaplan.

Overwatch Yule Log Ft. Jeff Kaplan - Play Overwatch Twitch

First taking place in 2017, the Yule Log Play Twitch stream features Jeff Kaplan sitting in a festive setting with a lit fireplace and Christmas tree in the background. While the most action that takes place is Jeff Kaplan or whichever guest is appearing on the Twitch stream occasionally moving in their chair, the community has become massive fans of the Yule Log stream and have found it to be a great source of meme material.

You can watch all of the Yule Log action from the Play Twitch channel of the popular title in the embedded broadcast of the event below because what better way is there to spend the holiday season every year than by watching Jeff Kaplan and others, such as professional player Jacob "JAKE" Lyon of the Houston Outlaws, sit in a chair without saying anything for hours on end in a cozy looking room.

It remains to be seen how long the Yule Log Play Overwatch Twitch stream will be taking place this year, but it would not be shocking to see the festive activity for the popular Blizzard Entertainment game go through Christmas Day. This means that fans will have plenty of time to sit back and enjoy the holiday tradition over the next couple of days.
