A fan-made concept for a new logo for esports organization Enigma6 has caused something of a stir in the community, after co-founder of the organization Sondra General responded by saying “We would never change our logo (laughing) Not sure who & why decided to create a new logo but we have had our logo for years and everyone loves it.”
We would never change our logo (laughing)

Not sure who & why decided to create a new logo but we have had our logo for years and everyone loves it.
I’m sure there are other orgs that would appreciate your time and energy put into helping them.
Thanks again!?
Nice work though!
While she did go on to thank the fan for their work and encourage them to keep trying with other organizations, it’s what happened after that has most of the community buzzing.
Owen Roe, a graphic designer working with Denial Esports, was let go from his position after he chimed in on the matter on Twitter. Roe commented on the fan-made logo to voice his opinion that Enigma6 needed some serious updating, later explaining to Dexerto that he was let go just a few hours later.
Yes, really.

This is the tweet that got me dropped. pic.twitter.com/vdJ4URVp5D
Roe explained that he felt there was pressure from Enigma6 towards Denial Esports due to the fact that the owners of both teams are acquainted with each other. While Denial owner Zach Smith responded to Roe on Twitter that this was a “false narrative”, some fans aren’t sure whether the timing was a coincidence or not.
