There has been a great deal of joy in the PC community on Tuesday, March 12th thanks to the announcement that Halo: Reach and Halo: The Master Chief Collection (MCC) would be officially making their way onto the PC platform in the future. With Reach and the Master Chief Collection (MCC) both being historic entries in the legendary first-person shooter genre, PC players were rightfully excited to hear that they will be able to play both on their preferred platform. This has also led to plenty of players asking when the release date will be for both the new versions of Halo: Reach and the MCC, and we have all of the currently known information for the release date covered for you in one spot. 

Halo Reach and Master Chief Collection (MCC) PC Release Date

Unfortunately, during the Inside Xbox stream that revealed the breathtaking news of the franchise's prequel title and the Master Chief Collection coming to the Steam marketplace and Microsoft Store, no specific release date for either the MCC or prequel title was announced. However, it was revealed that the entirety of the MCC, including the fan favorite prequel game, will be released through the means of a staggered window. This means that players will not be able to play all of the Master Chief Collection titles on PC at once with each game having its own release date.
