Two new missions are coming to Ubisoft's long-running co-op shooter Ghost Recon Wildlands, this time starring a familiar face.

Despite being two years old, it seems Ubisoft’s team-based tactical shooter Ghost Recon: Wildlands is still alive and kicking. So much so that Ubisoft announced a brand new DLC set of missions called “Operation Oracle” via a trailer starring a familiar face.

The minute-long trailer introduces us to Walker, portrayed by Jon Bernthal of The Walking Dead and The Punisher fame, as he talks about being an elite fighter but still needing some help. The trailer doesn’t dive too deep into specifics, but there’s enough to give fans something to be excited for when it launches on May 2.

What’s more, anyone who hasn’t played Ghost Recon: Wildlands for themselves can get in on a free weekend this coming weekend, starting May 2 and running until May 6, that will include this new downloadable content. If four-player co-operative shooters are your thing, this may be the perfect weekend to try out the game.

Kudos to Ubisoft for sticking with its games for as long as the company does. Rainbow Six: Siege has morphed into a massive esports entity, and while the co-op nature of Ghost Recon doesn’t lend itself to competition a good squad might be able to set some speedrunning records in these new missions. With the game being free this weekend, we expect a lot more activity in these Wildlands.
