It is not every day when a game that has been out for multiple years gets a major DLC implemented for it. However, Sunday, June 9th saw the brand new Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary Borderlands 2 DLC officially revealed at E3 2019 and become available for players to download. This new Borderlands DLC bridges the gap of the franchise's story between the second entry and the upcoming third entry that will be releasing later this year. While developer Gearbox has not revealed an official set of Borderlands 2 1.06 patch notes, we do know that this 2019 update for the fan-favorite looter-shooter title adds a great deal of support to the title in order for the Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC to operate properly. There are also likely an array of bug fixes included in order to help with the addition of the Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC to the popular game.
