Many Nintendo fans have been anxiously waiting to watch the company's E3 2019 press conference in order to see if a new DLC character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate would be revealed for the popular fighting game. These fans were rewarded, as Nintendo officially revealed that the next new DLC character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate would be The Hero from Dragonquest that includes Erdrick as one of the fighter's costumes. 

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Erdrick Dragon Quest DLC Character

Erdrick and the other three costumes for the new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Dragon Quest DLC fighter will be the second new fighter to be added to the vast roster of the high-profile fighting game. The first new fighter to be added was Joker from Persona 5. This crossover is specifically between Nintendo's fighting game and the Echoes of an Elusive Ages Definitive Edition from the franchise that The Hero calls home. 

The release date window for the upcoming Dragon Quest fighter that includes Erdrick from the first Dragon Quest was also revealed during the E3 2019 press conference. This release date window will be Summer of 2019. This means that players will not have too long of a wait to experience everything that the newest fighter for the fan-favorite fighting game has to offer. 

Offering four very unique costumes for The Hero, Nintendo will be delivering a DLC character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate that will excite any Dragon Quest fan. I know that Erdrick will definitely be my top choice when playing as The Hero from the popular franchise in Nintendo's legendary fighting game franchise.
