Following a successful return to Twitch streaming, Dr DisRespect promised that more IRL streaming is on the way.

Dr DisRespect is back in the saddle, having had a return stream on Twitch. The stream was his first official one following a temporary ban on his channel for his incident at E3 2019. The Doc was in rare jolly and usual cocky form with his return, but perhaps more interesting is a promise he made during the stream. Though many might have thought Dr DisRespect would be dissuaded from further stunts that led to the E3 restroom incident, he has promised that further “IRL streams” will happen on the Dr DisRespect Twitch channel.

Dr DisRespect made this promise as a slight aside mid-game during his July 8 “Video Game Vengeance” stream. Despite the incident, Doc wasn’t humble about the content of his E3 presence beyond the issues.

“Tell me that IRL stream wasn’t the best thing you’ve ever seen,” Doc boldly claimed. “Trust me - we’re gonna have a lot more IRL streams. Trust me when I say that.”

Many who know of Dr DisRespect’s E3 2019 stream only know of the incident for which he was shortly banned, but there was more to it throughout the week’s event with the character scouring the E3 floor and sharing reactions to the offerings of the show. It’s also worth noting that Dr DisRespect’s player, Guy Beahm, also broke character for a bit to offer a somewhat surprising reflection on the matter, talking about what went wrong and his intentions to be better. On his return stream, Doc even seemed to take the incident in stride, cracking a joke here and there about where not to film.

Dr DisRespect’s return peaked at over 80,000 viewers and has had over 65,000 more views since (as of this writing). It’s safe to say the time away may not have curtailed his popularity the way some might have thought. We're not entirely sure what "new IRL streams"  Doc has in mind for the future of his channel. That said, given his actor’s personal apology and the joking recognition of the issue on his return stream, we feel safe in assuming they won’t involve filming inside anymore restrooms.
