From returning favorites, to brand new features, the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare multiplayer trailer teases it all.

After a week of teasers, Infinity Ward finally unveiled some of the more secretive aspects of Call of Duty Modern Warfare’s multiplayer. With a brand-new trailer, the studio shared exactly what kind of action players can look forward to when the cross-platform FPS hits shelves this October including explosive new modes, the return of the Juggernaut, and so much more.

Infinity Ward has promised a much more realistic experience and that level of realism can be seen in the latest trailer. From the way the ADS changes, to effects of the Night Map modes seen with the special night vision goggles, everything about this re-imagining of Modern Warfare is bigger and better than ever before.

The team also showed a little more about the high-risk, close-quarters 2v2 play, a mode that we were able to check out ourselves during a recent Call of Duty event and it definitely lives up to its promise of high-intensity combat.

The best part about the 2v2 is that all players on a level playing field. With 6 rounds total, the start of that match begins with nothing but pistols and gradually scales up to better weaponry with each round won. This made it very interesting when handling a weapon not normally one’s first-pick, adding an additional challenge to an already trying mode, and an addictive reason to keep coming back for more in between other modes like Team Deathmatch and the Capture-oriented objectives.

From returning favorites of killstreaks galore, including high-sky control, to new weaponry and a completely overhauled weapon system, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is an entirely new experience that will hit that sweet spot for long-time CoD fans and newcomers alike.

FPS fans can see what’s new, and what’s familiar, when Call of Duty: Modern Warfare drops on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on October 25th
