The year has already seen some great Tekken matches, but GameWorks is looking to give it just a bit more with Fall Fights featuring a $5,000 Tekken Dojo event.

With the likes of EVO, CEO, and ComboBreaker behind us in 2019, there have been plenty of opportunities to see great fights throughout the year in the FGC. There’s still a couple months left though, which means plenty of time to go a few more rounds. GameWorks is giving us another opportunity at some good Tekken alongside a number of other fighters with their Fall Fights event near Chicago.

GameWorks Fall Fights is set to take place on October 19-20, 2019 in Schaumberg, Illinois. Registration is already open on Smash.GG. Co-Produced with Low Kick Esports, GameWorks is hosting two full days of play which feature Tekken7. $5,000 will be on the line in the Tekken Dojo Event headlining the competition, but other fighting games will have competition with $250 pot bonuses attached to each game as well. Having had a pretty great year in the anime fighting game scene, Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st] will be one of the games joining in the mix.

Tekken 7 is the marquee of GameWorks' Fall Fights, but there are plenty of other fighting games featured in the competition as well.

You can check out all of the rules and details for entry on the GameWorks website and Fall Fights pages.

Want to check out the action, but can’t go? GameWorks and Low Kick will be streaming it all when it goes live. So stay tuned and get ready for another weekend of good a** Tekken!
