100 Thieves CEO and high-profile esports personality Nadeshot recently explained why he wishes older maps would not come back in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

There is a great deal of excitement in the Call of Duty community currently with the highly anticipated release of Season 1 for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare taking place on Tuesday, December 3rd. Season 1 has brought a plethora of new content to the latest entry in the legendary first-person shooter franchise.

This new content includes the return of three maps from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare in Crash, Shipment, and Vacant. Many players have been excited about the prospect of these fan-favorite maps making a return to this year's title. However, former OpTic Gaming superstar and current 100 Thieves CEO Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag doesn't believe that these older maps are needed.

Nadeshot recently took to his Twitter account to explain why he wants the newer Call of Duty games to give players new maps for them to create memories instead of re-introducing maps from past entries in the franchise.

"This is my opinion so it may be different from yours — I wish Call of Duty would stop reintroducing old maps into new games. I want incredible new maps to create new memories and experiences. I played Crash and Vacant too many hours to count in multiple games. I want new," said Nadeshot.

Plenty of players are excited to see how these older maps operate on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. However, there is also a vast majority who feel that the developers should be making completely new maps and not using ones from the franchise's past for future content updates to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

Do you agree with Nadeshot regarding the inclusion of older maps in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare? Let us know in the comments below!
