DrLupo raised nearly 1 million dollars for St. Jude during the TwitchCon 2019 charity event and it looks like he's looking to go even bigger for a new world record with the series finale coming later this month.

Gamers doing amazing things in the name of charity is nothing new but one streamer, in particular, has gone above and beyond when utilizing his amazing community for a good cause. Earlier this year during TwitchCon, DrLupo raised almost one million dollars for St. Jude Children's Research hospital - which set a new world record - and it looks like he's aiming to outdo himself once more with a brand new record during the series an upcoming stream coming next week.

State Farm joined forces with Twitch streamers from all over to raise money for St. Jude earlier this year with the first four events amassing a total of $90.6K for both the children's hospital in addition to The American Red Cross.

There's one more stream to roll out before the year is done on December 21st and DrLupo has been hyping up his 11.3 million followers more than ever to beat his previous record during the upcoming showcase.

His ambitious goal is admirable and definitely possible, and you can take part in the rush for charity gold when the stream goes live on Twitch at 1PM ET on December 21st. The stream will be a 24 hour event with State Farm starting off the event strong with a $25K donation to kick-off the gaming marathon.
