It is always an exciting time when an organization announces a new roster that will be representing its brand in the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) esports scene. This is the reason why there is a great deal of buzz in the CS:GO community right now. High-profile esports organization Dignitas recently announced that it has a veteran-filled team ready to show that they can contend with the best teams in the world.
This new Dignitas CS:GO team consists of the following players:
- Patrik “f0rest” Lindberg
- Christopher “GeT_RighT” Alesund
- Richard “Xizt” Landström
- Adam Friberg
- Håkon “hallzerk” Fjærli

The group of f0rest, GeT_RighT, Xizt, and Friberg all previously competed together when they were members of the Ninjas in Pyjamas organization. These four players made up the majority of the Ninjas in Pyjamas team that is considered to be one of the best that professional CS:GO has ever seen punctuated by their Major victory at ESL One Cologne in 2014 and a jaw-dropping 87 map win streak in 2013.
This will be the first time that the Dignitas organization will be competing in professional CS:GO since the team's departure from the scene in August of 2018. However, the organization will now be looking at the group of former Ninjas in Pyjamas and young talent hallzerk to lead Dignitas to the top of the high-profile esports scene.
