Seattle Surge player Enable has reportedly been benched from the starting roster of the Call of Duty League team.

Ian "Enable" Wyatt is a veteran of the Call of Duty esports scene and has been on multiple championship rosters over the years. Enable has been on the starting roster for the Seattle Surge during the first two events of the 2020 Call of Duty League season. However, the professional player recently revealed on stream that he has been benched from the franchise's starting roster.

According to a report from CDL Intel via Twitter, sources confirmed that Enable had indeed been benched following his comments on the matter when he was streaming recently.

Likely, either Casey "Pandur" Romano or Nicholas "Proto" Maldonado will fill the void on the Seattle Surge starting roster from their substitute positions on the team.

This reported benching of Enable is likely a result of the Seattle Surge's poor start to the 2020 season. The team currently sits in 10th place in the Call of Duty League standings with a 1-4 record, and a mixup of the roster is likely what the franchise believes is needed to help the team bounce back at their next event.

What are your thoughts on Enable reportedly being benched from the Seattle Surge roster? Is it the right move for the struggling Call of Duty League franchise? Let us know in the comments below?
