Special Rules: Level Select is BANNED! Timer begins the instant you hit Start on the Title screen and ENDS when you lay the final blow on Satan for the 2nd time and the Happy Ending comes up. In addition to this, you are NOT permitted to do a Soft Reset for this title or to let the Demo run. All attempts must be made from a fresh Power-On [with the usual 5 seconds of dead air being recorded as well] This is due to an unfair weapon cycling balance based upon prior gameplay performance before a reset. Failure to adhere to this will result in your attempt being disqualified.
