Track Rules
To select between "lights out" and "rings" use the "game" button. The bottom corners of the screen will indicate "rings" was selected by lighting up the lower left whereas if "lights out" is selected the lower right will be lit
DO NOT use the p/c (player/computer) option to create your own puzzle. The puzzle MUST be created by the computer.
The game is over when you either reach 32 (max/worst possible score) or solve the puzzle. Once you hit 32 points you may continue you to play but your score will still be 32 regardless of how many moves you take after that. You need not solve the puzzle to submit, once you reach 32 even if you fail to complete that puzzle you may still submit 32 as your score, but a good faith honest attempt should be put in and 32 should actually be reached (don't just make a few moves, give up, and enter 32 for your score).
When you solve the puzzle, the game will give an enduring (and annoying) buzz.
The score is displayed at the bottom of the screen, not with the numbers but by lighting up an amount of pixels equal to your score. Since the screen is only 16 pixels wide, two rows of pixels at the bottom are used to display the score.
Additional Info
at the beginning of the game the score bars will show one pixel lit. That is an indicator of the minimum number of moves possible to solve the puzzle in.
lights out is won by eliminating all lights. ring is won by putting rings around all dots and only around the dots.
