Track Rules
NAMCO Defined:
Submissions in this category will use an official NAMCO PCB since the company issues them in official NAMCO arcade machine releases, from the year 2001 forward. NAMCO is an active coin-op company which routinely issues authentic arcade machines.
The list of NAMCO PCB / Namco Reunion / Anniversary Editions would be expected in the future beyond what is specifically listed here. Meaning, any future NAMCO arcade machine PCBs going forward should be embraced as acceptable.
Current Arcade Machine Releases:
2001 Class of 1981 / 20 Year Reunion (20th Anniversary for Ms. Pac-Man)
2005 Pac-Man 25th Anniversary Edition (ie. for Pac-Man)
2010 Pac-Man's Arcade Party (30th Anniversary for Pac-Man)
Romsets: 20pacgal is the current 20th Anniversary rom in MAME for v1.08.
The 20pacgal and all variations of current and future Namco Reunion/Anniversary are acceptable.
Any version which retains the same mazes and gameplay as traditional Ms. Pac-Man. Hacks, clones
and bootlegs are not acceptable for this track.
Romsets for all of these versions are acceptable as long it adheres to the original description above.

For each of the following derivatives a track could exist under this main track, future Score Track Derivatives:
The Score Tracks made for NAMCO should be defined in the title if they are :
a) Traditional Twin Galaxies Settings (often called by slang- Default Settings), and should follow the same rules as the original Arcade titles-One Life, where the gameplay score is defined by the player's first life
b) Tournament Settings, where the gameplay is defined by the same finite life count as the traditional TG settings. Assume traditional settings unless explicitly defined in the track name.
c) Ms. Pac-Man Speed-up;
d) Ms. Pac-Man First Life;
e) Ms. Pac-Man TGTS.
f) Ms. Pac-Man Perfect
g) Ms. Pac-Man Turbo Speed Perfect
h) Ms. Pac-Man Turbo Speed First Life

Dip Switches:
Rack Test- Off
Service Mode- Off
Coinage- Player Choice of Coin drop or Free-play. Only 1 at a time. Free-play acceptable
Lives- 3 Bonus Life- 10000
Difficulty- Normal Speed
CLARIFICATION NOTE:
The other MAME TGTS Ms. Pac-Man original MAME score track requires using mspacman ROM set to play, if you wish to submit the mspacman original ROM set then you have to submit to that track. If you are playing a Namco Reunion/Anniversary ROM set then this is the correct score track. There are many Ms. Pac-man variations out there. Just like Pac-man (a few of which will be noted here). Originally, Ms. Pac-man was a hack, called Crazy Otto, and then Namco/bally bought it to make it official. Ms. Pac-man was based on pac-man, which is why the ghost behaviour is inherited from it, along with several of the basic ROMS, and game driver for MAME.

Members of the adjudicating user base who assist the community in MAME INP file analysis have requested that submitters consider the below community recommendations -
Submitters should use MAME version 183 or higher, preferably 183 or 220.
Submitters should name their inp and zip file in the following manner:

so name the inp the same as the zip
