Spacing and ROM Set change.

- 0.222: Various documentation updates [Brian Troha]. Fixed rom names. Changed description to 'Pengo (set 1 rev C, encrypted)' and clones (set 2) to 'Pengo (set 2, encrypted)', (set 2 not encrypted) to 'Pengo (set 2, rev A, not encrypted)', (set 3 not encrypted)' to 'Pengo (set 3, not encrypted)', (set 4) to 'Pengo (set 4, encrypted)' and (set 5) to 'Pengo (set 5, encrypted)'.
- 0.252: Sorted Pengo sets and changed scheme for short names. Export versions have replaced music/faster maze drawing. Japan versions have slow maze drawing and 'popcorn' music. The unencrypted sets are the newest releases we have of both versions - for Japan that is ROMs 5120-5127 and for export that is ROMs 5128-5135 (suggesting these unencrypted versions were both released at the same time) [David Haywood]. This track is for the highest score on 1 life, up to the end of act/rnd 16. Please note the 255 extra sno-bees bug cannot be used, where bees keep generating beyond the act/rnd start limit, where many of these bees can be killed for points by using the remaining blocks, even though there are not enough blocks to kill all of the extra bees.
