TG Member @ersatz_cats submitted a very detailed multi-part analysis and perspective on the recent evidence package provided by Mr. Mitchell in relation to the Donkey Kong score dispute for consideration and review.

For interested parties who may have difficulty finding the multi-part analysis within the 300+ page dispute thread, @ersatz_cats has also placed the complete consolidated posting on his wall.

Well there you have it. Proof rtm edited the tapes and framed billy in the exact same way Dwayne did. As well as the ninja who slipped fake tapes into billy hands tricking poor billy to declare the tapes were his.And mtv was in on it

The plot really thickens. Just how many people were in on this devious scheme to frame billy.

No matter. Any reasonable justly will conclude that between the two choices

    1. Billy lied

    2. A worldwide conspiracy planted evidence against billy including tricking even Walter billy and billy friends to declare fake tapes real. A clone looking exactly like billy went to events and promoted scores he never did. Someone hacked Walters account and wrote up the score being accepted by him. Someone else wearing a Walter costume tricked many going to many events impersonating Walter declaring the scores tg submissions by billy and official

Clearly any reasonable jury will go with option 2. For shame that none of you have figured out these clones were obviously created by Monsanto the only ones who could. Time to blame the real culprits

I wish RTM would confess. He was the cheat referee at the time when all the cheaters were active.

I am not a lawyer, but I dont' think jury(ies?) are involved in lawsuits. How would you find a "jury of my peers" who are not fully biased on way or the other?

And will a judge be able to understand the intricacies of the evidence? Will the laywers?

I think a better answer would be to settle out of court, then fire all the lawyers.

Thank you very much for reposting these in this one-page format, Jace! I attempted something similar on my own wall, but URL links in wall posts have proven temperamental for me in the past. As you said, while it does have to be in the actual dispute for it to be considered, it's also good to have a single link to point people to for easy reading.

I am convinced this is all becoming (yet again) just another publicity stunt. It is all crap, and just goes to show people refuse just to move on with their lives, over a 35 year old game, that less than 1 % of the gaming world gives a S.H.I.T. about.

Jace Hall, I like you... But you are either taking this way too seriously, OR you simply enjoy being played by them (again) , OR you are purposely creating more of these unnecessary post, just to manipulate and garner more attention to TG, with more views and hits ( revenue ) for Twin Galaxies. Your the owner, do what you want. But you are cluttering your website with all this garbage. You said it yourself...Keep it only in the dispute!

    There I said it!

I think you're right but enough other people said jury i figured they knew better to me. Honestly, a judge or arbiter is better for tg than a jury. Billy's only hope is biased people or uneducated people or both. A judge that knows law, and is intelligent enough to understand logic and science will not only understand whats going on, but also will also understand even if he/she somehow doesnt fully buy it that it doesnt meet the legal definition of defamation.

said judge will also likely understand that it doesnt warrant a counter class action suit lol

A sidebar: this comment really stood out to me, and I randomly came across a video on YouTube that illustrates this point. It's an interview with Brian Kuh, Billy Mitchell, and Walter Day as the "Fathers of eSports." The question's about Walter Day's take on speed running - Mitchell offers up a very different take that echoes FBX's assessment above. Ben Hanson's follow up questions and reactions are priceless. In his valourization of "being first," Mitchell ignores the fact that the very same elements he claims makes speed runs unimpressive - learning from other people's strats - are central to any "firsts" on high scores as well.

Not sure what's going on - time-stamped YouTube videos aren't queing up properly. Fast-forward to the 18:06 mark of the video.

Wow...just wow. So if Billy ain't done it, it ain't nothing or worthy of being a gaming accomplishment. I'm sorry, but that is just some arrogant **** right there. You don't have to "like" speedrunning but you can at least appreciate it. Saying the first one is the only one that matters is just ridiculous. You could rip that dumb comment apart just with musicians alone. Eddie Van Halen was not the first to play a guitar or finger tap, but damn he is considered by many musicians to be the greatest guitar player ever. I do not like Slipknot, but holy crap I appreciate their insane skills at what they do. I love how the host came back at him and said, "So a game just comes out, and I'm the first one to beat it that means I'm the best." (paraphrasing). Billy instantly quips, "Then the game wasn't that hard." I would have told Billy to **** himself. Just wow.
