Hey Juan,

It is highly unlikely that you were penalized twice for the same disputed submission.

This is what you need to do:

Ask @admin staff to rerun your Credibility Audit Trail.

Once you have been notified that your stats have been rerun, navigate to that page:

https://www.twingalaxies.com/profile.php?do=scorestatistics

The list is displayed as a series of pages (50 items per page), so your complete stats will comprise roughly 550 to 560 pages.

The list is sorted by effective CR date (the column at the far right), from earliest to latest. The submission you're looking for will be buried somewhere in the middle. It was originally submitted on 01-27-2017, so the effective CR date will probably be between 01-31-2017 and 02-03-2017. Use the navigation links at the bottom of the page to locate that range of dates (see below):

Once you have found the disputed submission, confirm that it appears only once. Next, compare the values in the Old CR and Final CR columns:

Final CR - Old CR = CR Loss (a negative number)

CR Loss / Old CR should be very close to 5% (or -0.05)

Perform these calculations to convince yourself that you were not unfairly penalized more than once.

This particular submissions is in among my 76 wrongly voted submissions, long before it was Disputed and finalized many months later, just a week ago.

Please explain , this not first time this has happened ,their are others.

I made copies last year of 36 Joe Jackmovich that are currently in my 76 wrongly voted submissions. Last year. Now there have 5 recently Disputed submissions all in my past wrongly voted submissions and I penalized 5% each time. Double jeopardy not cool

I have a solution, but it requires the cooperation of TG and your permission.

I would like to ask admin to rerun your Credibility Audit Trail, upload the results somewhere as a delimited text file, and share the link with me via private message. I could easily analyze the results in a few hours and get to the bottom of this, reconciling your current CR with the submission details. The total number of votes (roughly 28,000) may seem like a large number, but it's a relatively small database.

Those are the most recent submissions for which you have been penalized, but they are NOT necessarily the most recent penalties. Regarding the Credibility Audit Trail, you seem to be under the impression that the latest penalties will always appear at the top of the list. That is simply not true.

The list is sorted by Effective CR Date. That date is usually 4-7 days after the original submission date. Take the Joe Jackmovich example from your first post:

Xbox 360 - Beautiful Katamari - Oasis Café - Time - 01:42.626 - Joe Jackmovich

Joe's score was originally submitted on 01-27-2017. It was accepted on 02-04-2017. The score was disputed on 02-15-2021. Less than an hour later, the dispute was accepted. The score was removed from the scoreboard and the submission was moved to the Rejected archive. The CR recalculation service was run overnight and you were penalized for voting "Yes" on the original submission.

Please go back and carefully reread my first suggestion in this thread. The CR Audit Trail does not update automatically; it runs only on request. Once your stats have been rerun, you won't find that Katamari submission at the top of the "Wrong Votes" list, even though it is your most recent penalty. It will be buried many pages back, grouped with other submissions between 01-31-2017 and 02-03-2017.

Trust me on this. I know what I'm talking about.

They all dated and in order I copied everything and have all the Joe Jackmovich submissions from last year. I voted yes on the 36 Joe Jackmovich video game submissions from last year that I copied them to keep track of potential repeats.

I rarely if ever vote no.

2 times I was took a Credibility hit same exact submission.

On Joe Jackmovich 36 submissions, years ago I voted yes and the Twin Galaxies members voted NO REJECTED that is when I was penalized all 36 times on my Credibility points no more repeats credibility penalization..

You keep repeating the same thing over and over. This "discussion" (if anyone would call it that) keeps going in circles, and we are getting nowhere.

You claim to have proof that you were penalized twice on a number of submissions.

Show us your proof. So far, you have provided a pair of screen captures at the beginning of this thread, documenting a couple of relevant items:

• Simon's dispute of the "Beautiful Katamari" score by Joe Jackmovich was accepted
• You voted "Yes" on the original submission

That's it.

In the past 6 years, I have raised a number of issues related to CR reconciliation. In each case, TG acknowledged the problem and took action to correct it. The issues were resolved because I did my homework, providing clear and compelling documentation that I was right.

You have not presented a convincing argument. Instead, you tell us 50 times that you were unfairly penalized, as if the repetition somehow makes it a fact. It does not.

I suggested that you request an updated CR audit trail. I provided instructions on how to locate the problematic submission. I also offered to perform a complete analysis on your behalf. You have neither acknowledged my suggestion nor accepted my offer.

I am willing to help you, but it appears that I am wasting my time.

Mind reading can be difficult especially when the other person refuses to help but I think I’ve deciphers Juan’s claim

jjt you said tg members rejected and you voted yes, I believe this claim of yours helps explain the confusion. You seem to see the disputed sub being rejected now as proof it was rejected by tg members then. So if you thought tg members rejected it then of course you thought you took a hit then. Likewise since you did take a hit after the dispute you also see that hit and conclude two hits happen

If you interpret Juan's reasoning correctly, then he can easily check that submission.

Below is an excerpt from my CR audit trail. It was rerun at my request BEFORE the Joe Jackmovich "Beautiful Katamari" dispute was accepted. As a result, the audit is outdated and indicates that I earned 3 CR points for voting "correctly" (CR increased from 25179 to 25182). The next time my stats are rerun, that same entry will show up as a wrong vote with a penalty.

Notice the effective CR date of 01-30-2017. In Juan's case, that date may or may not be the same (TG has never disclosed that information), but it should be very close.

Juan should navigate to his own CR audit trail (link below) and use the navigation tools at the bottom of the page to locate that submission. It should only take 2 or 3 minutes to find.

Unless his stats have been rerun within the past 3 days, the line item should display a correct vote and a 3 point CR gain, confirming that he was only penalized once (after the dispute went through).

Here are all 76 wrongly voted submissions and all 76 was penalized my Credibility points , so there is no need to penalize my Credibility points a 2nd time.

Agreed all 76 wrongly voted submissions are done/ finished.

No need to mess with any of my past 76 submissions with them at all.

All my 76 wrongly voted submissions are all dated and in order from newest to oldest submissions 1 to 76; 76 to 1

Also, if any of my 76 wrongly voted submissions gets Disputed I should in no way my Credibility points be penalized again.

No, years ago when I voted on most of these submissions, I was on the wrong side of voting on all 76 wrongly voted submissions,

On all 76 wrongly voted submissions my Credibility points was penalized. They are FINISHED DONE WITH ALLTOGETHER.

What happens in the l disputing is a mute point I should not be penalized a second time on any of these 76 wrongly voted submissions and that would be wrong & double jeopardy ,in no way should this happen.

I guess if I would try one last angle consider this. If you voted yes and it wasn’t accepted at the tilme and you lost cred then how did anyone dispute an already rejected submission? That’s not possible I think if you think on this you know this

Perhaps the disconnect is caused by the existence of 2 data sources:

• The "Wrong Votes" link on a user's profile page
• The CR Audit Trail

Those 2 items are COMPLETELY SEPARATE and BEHAVE DIFFERENTLY.

The "Wrong Votes" listing is updated automatically.

The CR Audit Trail is NOT updated automatically. It requires substantial system resources to generate the stats for all users, so it only runs ON REQUEST.

Now, let's take another look at the Joe Jackmovich submission that started this uproar:

ah thx, so i think i was half right but incomplete. if i'm understanding you, the audit trail is retroactive but of course notificatoins as well as "wrong votes" happens in true chronological order. i think notificatoins belong as they are, and the audit trail belongs retroactive. i suppose wrong votes could stand be reorganized retroactively as well but that seems like it should be a fairly priority for programming

Scott it clearly states that Joe Jackmovich submissions was NOT ACCEPTED by TG members

I was on the wrong side of the voting, I voted yes accepted.

Believe me I did take a Credibility points loss on that particular submission years ago and I remember every time I take a Credibility points loss.

Question to you Scott

1. Hopefully your not saying it delayed 4/5 years later then I get a Credibility points loss, I doubt that , it would be a fantasy. Far fetched to believe that happened.

2. How would you fix or patch or reprogram the system to function better? So as not to have system errors, & not have this happen again.

3. How would you get system to do credit audit trail faster and more accurate?

But what does this have to do with my Credibility points loss recently?

8. @Jace Hall @admin staff The simple solution is to just exempt all Twin Galaxies members from Credibility points loss/hit that are missing game videos from submissions.

That are probably estimated to be between 500 to 1000 missing game videos from these players submissions.

Because it would be in the best interest of Twin Galaxies members to focus on Disputing questionable Referee's ,false, questionable, emulators,game genie, cheat codes,stealing other players videos,altering a games programming,clipping,impossible,cheating, leeching,made - up Scores and times from TG member players video game submissions that are in Twin Galaxies Scoreboard Database archives presently.

9. The vast majority agree that their are many questional scores and times that should not be in the Twin Galaxies Scoreboard Database archives. We all want them Disputed and removed.

10. Can you separate the old referee scores and times from TGSAP into 2 different leaderboards, you would see the major difference in the scores and times.

also those questionable records would still be intact and Twin Galaxies members would Dispute these records more and get them out.
