No MP4?

I used Handbrake for the first time in ages, and TG does not recognise it (as an MP4) in the folder for uploading.
Anyone else had this issue, before?
Cheers.

@admin staff - .MP4 is listed as supported.

@kernzyp You can try to use GSpot to check the codec it is using and confirm video settings.

Is the converted file definitely an mp4? Because Handbrake's default file type is .M4V -At a quick glance, that could look like .MP4.

Not only do you have to change the "format" to .mp4, but also the "save as", down at the bottom. If you go to "preferences" >> "output files" >> "mp4 file extension"...then change to "always use mp4", you won't have to change anything again.

Seems like a good time for a daffy-jack!
