This is not possible to determine from the INP file (only guesses). This is one of the many flaws of MAME rules relying on INP only submissions. This is not a blame thing... it's just a fact of the scenario. ;)

I missed that you'd queried that. During a playback, the current playback speed is listed at the top. For playback purposes, it's better to use a 0 frameskip setting (so that every frame is shown visually). In this case - as TK mentions - his machine is not capable of playing the game at 100% con

The reason it is not an average is because it is easy to manipulate an average by having long periods of non-gameplay at 100%. For example, if attract mode plays at 100% (I'm making up figures for the purposes of illustration) and all gameplay is at 90%, then just make sure you play attract mode fo

I take it that's the same performance as this score thread: in that case you should see at the top of your first post which says something like "Add Video Evidence". Use that and upload the video to this thread and no new submission is required. :)

You may need to hold F2 until the menu appears. As Bogart mentions, your video shows the "SETTING EEPROM DEFAULT VALUES" at the start and the rules are all the defaults: so it meets the rules. :)
