Twin Galaxies ARCADE game video recording tutorial

After many years of trying to find this video again on YT I eventually succeeded.

This is the method I used in my arcade recordings / submissions.

So, after watching the video you can see why I used to get grumpy and was critical with some of the cr*p post game verification recording by others, in other words if it was good enough for me to go to all that trouble, then it's good enough for everyone else.

I didn't take the boards out though. Reason being, ZK is a 5 board set. That's a lot of work.

Note that these rules have been there since at least October 2007.

Yeah I know things have changed.

    Many newer members won't understand that back then the TG team which dealt with Arcade submissions held a very different set of standards to the "home submissions" team. Arcade submissions were tougher to meet the minimum standards.

    (Jokingly) I'm surprised there isn't the instruction to remove the carpet & confirm there isn't a false bottom with a MAME feed coming up. :P

    Lol, say your name, score, date, time, location, game tittle and level number. Show the general area you are in, after recording the cabinet.

    Just a bunch of useless, unnecesary requirements.

    so thats why salter wanted me to do that, as well as did that on his 4th or 3rd or whatever place it was tron submission. his habits remained.


    remember, for date, if someone gets a special score, like first to a million, when you're someday as good as they are, just make the tape later, announce an earlier date on tape, and badoboom badabing you're tg recognized as first to do it.
