Submission Upload Error - TG error

Hi TG Admin, @SincerelyFranny

I tried to upload a 2.7GB file submission 24 hours ago. The upload took 10 hours, however after the final cluster was uploaded, the video did not upload. So I tried the upload again, and now 10 hours later again, the same error occurred. Can you please advise what can be done so I can upload the file. A screenshot is below.

I am also having trouble uploading...it's four videos and after the first chunk (which took about an hour) it "timed out" and said TG error or something to that effect

I have now split my 2.7GB file into 2 files, to see if game play duration or file size may help to upload successfully. The two files created are 1.43GB and 1.31GB. I tried to upload the 2 files. So now another 10 hours later, at the very end of the upload, I received the same error message: "error from Twin Galaxies".

It seems the 1st file has uploaded successfully (The VZAAR ID is 21670084), however the 2nd shows the error message. Please see the screenshot below:

Due to the error message, the submission was not saved in the TG database. However the 1st video file has been saved successfully in VZAAR. Please open the link here by pasting this link into your browser (it does not open successfully by clicking on the link) https://view.vzaar.com/21670084/player

Also the caption of the 1st file uploaded successfully has been given the name "multipart-test" by the process.

I had the same upload error as everyone else.

I thought I was unlucky when I had an error at 100% uploaded.

I had the same issue last night, after uploading a big file it gave me the same error, I closed and re open the page, it verified that I wasn't a robot and then I submitted it again with no problems. My guess is that the verification bot tries to verify you in the middle of the upload and that makes it fail. After that I have submitted 4 more scores with no problems.

Also, 10 hours is a LOT of time to upload 3 GB, if I were you I would check for any errors in the conection or maybe try a different company. I live in the outskirts of a small city in Mexico, where the city ends and the forest begins so the fastest conection wont reach all the way up here and still, I have 40Mb for $29 dls a month and 3 GB takes 2 hours max.

The bot verification was implemented months ago. I uploaded a 2GB file submission no problem about 2-3 weeks ago. However now there is an issue with uploading over the last 2 days. If you are right about the bot verification causing the issue, then that is something TG needs to investigate and resolve soon.

Yes, but at least for me, the verification bot is much more active some days and not at all on others, last night it was very active so that's why I think it may have something to do with it, but I may be wrong.

On the basis that the first video file will upload successfully if you try to upload 2 files, I used this workaround to upload Part 2 just now. Part 1 was uploaded earlier using the same method. Using these methods does not save the score submission, due to the video upload error, "error from TwinGalaxies". So I created a new submission and successfully saved the submission by linking the 2 videos uploaded to Twin Galaxies earlier. It took me 41 hours of upload time and 4 upload attempts to just upload 10 hours of performance via a workaround. I hope the submission is now OK. I hope the error that is present on upload and submission, which other users are also experiencing, is resolved soon.
