i just got one question. If i get this "The Harmony Cartridge" and plug it into my Atari 2600 (PAL) with roms (NTSC) will they be counted as PAL or NTSC ?

is there any possibility to add an filter to see only (for example) EMU-Scores in the submissions?
How often do you think its ok to post a record?
A: Every time you get a new (better) score
B: Every day once
C: Wait for the vote to be over and then post a new score
I'm asking because I could submit a third score for the same game(No sub is accept or declined
