Accepted submissions.

When was your last accepted score? Mine was more than a week ago and I was wondering if this is due to a system issue, or did people really leave and there is not enough votes now?

This is surprising because usually my Metropolis Street Racer submissions go through in about a week with aprox 60-80 views per post and now the oldest one has been in the queue for a month with more than 120 views, this sucks since I've already submitted enough scores to get 1st place in that game and 2nd in Super Mario Kart and cant wait to get the ESI for them.

Well, that's it, thanks.

my last was tapper, but i'm not an avid submitter. i do adjudicate a bit, and i'm still seeing adjudciations complete.

its a good question though and worth paying attention to.

Mine was 4 days ago, though I'm surprised my Galaxian scores are still in queue since they were submitted before that score and have same amount of views.

Mine's been a while but I haven't submitted for a minute and don't have too many in the queue. It has been a little bit since I got a notification of a score i voted on being accepted which was part of the reason I made the really easy/fast submission threads on my wall. Those are all that don't require watching a video...I figured if those don't go through within a couple of days there is probably something going on system wide.

My submissions which were accepted recently sat in the queue for 2-3 weeks. That doesn't seem too bad given the current state of the queue and the sometimes glacial pace of accepted submissions.

Too bad Ningledo isn't around, I sure did love that live adjudication bit he did that brought the community together and help focus our interest towards the scoreboard.

Despite the votes my SMK submissions got yesterday, still not a single one is being accepted, and that goes for the subs I have voted on too. The "recent activity" log doesn't show any accepted subs either, I guess we'll have to wait until the queue gets close to the 2,000 pending scores and TG lowers the algorithm.

In my opinion the algorithm should always be set to low number of votes required to accept submissions and then have a functional and effective dispute system to rectify the errors made.

Why I have a feeling the queue has been "clogged" since the new site upgrade.

Yes, that was really good. I've been thinking of doing something like that myself, maybe next month.

There was two days where a ton of stuff went through and tg said they lowered the algorithm and all kinds of **** hit the fan. They might of increased it to prevent that not knowing the queue would slow to a crawl.

I just realised, old Pixe here has had nothing go through for a week, and he feels hard done by ! lmao!!
I had to wait 11 months for one of my submissions :D

    Hi All

We have assigned admin staff to review all submissions and process submissions which are near completion.

The staff member wont be able to see who voted on submissions but will be able to see Total votes vs Required Votes.

Also we will find a way to highlight submissions which are close to completing but stuck due to 1 or 2 votes . Users might find it useful to vote on the submissions and help clearing the queue

    Regards

    Admin Staff

This is great news, thank you very much.

so guys, I don't know what you're doing with your "manual" pass through the queue, but blindly approving scores which were based largely on blind votes, isn't going to help the situation.

This is really frustrating. You guys approved this score that I've now had to open a dispute for:

    https://www.twingalaxies.com/showthread.php/200043-Dispute-Patrick-Stanley-GWR-Rocket-League-Most-goals-scored-in-a-game-(Team-of-three)-Player-Jeff-Fowler-Score-66

The rules of the game require that actual footage be submitted (not a screen capture) and it is not. Up until a few days ago, the bulk majority of public comment on this thread came from two well known blind voters, which seems to indicate that you just rewarded a whole bunch of blind votes. I'm not frustrated that it went through. I'm frustrated that it went through because of a push from TG and now has to be disputed where it will likely sit indefinitely.

I'd really appreciate it if you guys could take a look at this and either undo what you've done or fast track the dispute process on this (and other obvious open and shut disputes.)

I already opened one...I'm more just pissed because lately disputes are where things go to be ignored by TG, and this could have been avoided if TG wasn't blindly approving stuff...the exact thing they don't want to have us doing with submissions

I don't think it is TG's fault here. People with more credibility voted incorrectly and the submission got accepted. Now you have open a valid dispute and the people who voted Yes should be penalized and people who voted No should get the ir cred back. TG is not approving the scores, they are just speeding up pthe process, the voters are deciding what gets accepted or rejected.

If the Dispute system were actve, then this matter should be resolved in a no time. Thats where the problem is.
