Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift - Central Park score

As I mentioned before, after visiting more than 10 Arcade places in the south part of Mexico City, I couldn't find a F&F SuperCars, and to look for it in the entire city would take me at least two whole weeks, that place is freaking immense. I have to go back on the 15th for other reasons and I will check another part of the city then.

For now I leave here my score for Central Park and to see what people think about accepting submissions from tokio drift to supercars or if we should create them separetely.. For what I've read, the tracks that exhist in both versions are the same, and tokyio Drift just adds extra tracks.

If tokyo drift has extra levels then i think there should be a different track for it but that's just my opinion. It's like if you did a score on super street fighter 4 , you wouldn't post that score to the ultra street fighter 4 track. But what's the deal with these modern arcade games? Do they have a way to access the pcb?

The 'PCB' for this game is just a Dell PC with a USB I/O board looking at the manual.

Good point, I forgot to mention that. I played this at a Recorcholis! Arcades, which is the biggest chain in the country and it is almost imposible to gain acces to the PCB, the employess are always teenegers working part times and I don't think they even have the keys for the machines. They are there only to clean, put credit on your playing card, and exchange yout tickets at the end of the day. Besides these arcades are massive and placed one right next to the other, just to drag it out for a customer to see the PCB would be asking way too much at a place like this.

So, if this cannot be accepted because of not showing PCB, Maybe I would create my own tracks where the rules specify that showing PCB is optional and Im 100% sure that leaderboard would have much more submissions and would be actually fun.

where did you read the tracks that seems the same are the same? if its official that could help

I like the street fighter analogy to urge caution, but in street fighter, well fighting one character in one is NOT the same as another due to actual differences.

think though namco museum. if a later version has more tracks, yes the more tracks make it different, but any game on both versions is treated as the same track.

IF and its a big IF that tracks which appear the same are the same theres plenty of precedent to merge, but again, only if proven the same.

I think theresalso been a score forever in adjudication, that to be fair, is another simliar grey area that hasnt been decided. i know it was game boy but i cant remmber the name so i cant look it up. it was a ryan genno score. there's a game for gameboy, then later they rereleased it with two modes -- original and remix. all 3 are tracked. the argument is, original on the remix cart, and the true original cart should be merged since their identical. I seem to recall difficulty getting everyone to agree on the right course though.

I don't remember, my friend German (he is not german, thats just his name, very common in Mexico) was reading that to me off the internet while we were driving from arcade to arcade. But after thinkng about it, even if the tracks were the same Im not sure they should be combined just to prove a point to JJT. So for that reason I will create the correct tracks for my submissions and start uploading a few.

same tracks plus new tracks, plus differneces in cars effectively change feel of even original tracks

that to me, unfortunatley means different.
