Today I came across a Windows 95 game I played called Hover. It's "Capture the Flag" with hovercrafts. I don't see any tracks for it on here, so I might consider launching some.
I'll probably do different tracks for Easy, Intermediate, and Difficult. Then I'll likely let the player decide between random and sequential maps. The power-ups might be allowed since in the Sewer map, flags tend to spawn on the platforms, and there is no other way to get up there.
