Hardware/Settings in beginning, race at 17:08.
Tried a few more times to break 30 seconds on this one(it's sluggish), and get a faster video(sorry!), but my heart wasn't in it, I'll come back to this if anyone wants to race! ;)
For now...
Planned to keep the PS1 front and center, but I wanna break 29.6 on this...on PS2, the reason I couldn't commit to upping this one, I think!
