What do I do if I think a high score in TG is wrong?
What do I do if I think a high score in TG is wrong? I have been playing Propcycle for over a month and I can easily beat the #2 score, but it is mathematically impossible to beat the 18,100 world record score on the settings of Difficulty B, Continue time B. I would have to trim 50.9 seconds from my best time.
Some have suggested to me that it was done on the smaller Japanese version of the game which allows you to actually fly faster.
Here is a discussion from the KLOV forums where this is suggested:

What I believe happened is that the game difficulty was actually set to A instead of B. Difficulty A gives you 10 more seconds on the first 3 stages and 20 (not sure if 10 or 20) on final stage. That would come to the extra 50 seconds.
Here is a video of me beating the #2 world record, and I have another with an even higher score that I haven't uploaded to Youtube yet. I am frustrated because I think that the top score is incorrect.
Please let me know what I would need to provide to prove that score is wrong.

I'm not experienced on this game, so I can't provide much info. Looking at the scores in the scoreboard, both the #1 and #1 scores were done on the same day at the same place, and entered one right after the other by the same person. Your best bet would be to get a hold of Dave Nelson as he's chief referee and an arcade ref if I recall.
Not sure if Stephen Boyer (another arcade ref) knows much about this game.

Thanks, are they here on the forums, or do I need to call/email them?

Addresses are on the main site's The Staff link but David Nelson is well-known for being snowed under in e-mail so it might be more responsive to contact TGI Cares ( [email protected] ) and Cc David Nelson.
