Rules	The time entered is the difference between the start time and the end time of the mission. The mission must be completed successfully. Where the start time is not shown during the initial action the start time will be rounded up to the next available second. For example, if the action begins and the timer appears after this event and is counting down through 1 minute 55 seconds, the start time is considered 1:56. Where the start time is obfuscated, adjudicators must come to a reasonable start time which can be calculated from the duration or other observable times, rounded up to the nearest second. The end time must be shown clearly. Player must show the cheats menu and the Game Difficulty. No cheats permitted. Cop Difficulty must be set to Medium. Other settings are player's choice. A saved game may be used to gain access to unlocked missions/games.
Submission Message	Achieved sometime in 2004. Attempt begins around 29:27. Start time is 1:55.66, end time is 49.90 = 1:05.76.

Hey Pete, I see a different start time for this attempt. Its 1:55.38 (see snip below). The time should be 1:55.38 - 49.90 = 1:05.48. Its a bit better than the time you posted. Can you double check to see if you have the start time correct?

This is strange. The first frame I can toggle to is showing a different time. I believe you but I can't see it for myself. I'm going to abstain and chalk this one up to a video playback anomaly. I'm curious to see what the other adjudicators are seeing.

Hard to accurately get the one-hundredth of a second .00, Twin Galaxies members will have a hard time getting the right final time.

Just speaking for myself only I am not voting on these submissions if the hundredth of seconds cannot be seen on the timer in this case blurry getting an accurate final time would be hard to get.

If the hundreds of the timers can be seen yes, i will vote.

1. It would have been great if it was one-tenth of a second or rounded off in minutes and seconds in the rules.

I understand some people aren't getting that frame with the .66 but as you can see from my post above: it's definitely in the stream available on this thread. For those with a keyboard, the , and . buttons move backward & forward respectively one frame at a time.
