Alright, it's definitely not the 2017 (or 2018) Brazilian re-released official Sega console, because those are based on the Model 1. There are no built in games, so that should rule out that it's a Chinese clone console--The clones look exactly like the official Sega Asian release. It's looking like this should be the Asian PAL release. One more question..Do you happen to have the box?

No problem. Sorry about all the questions, but like I stated earlier, the clones of the Asian release look identical. I haven't seen a clone that doesn't have at least some built in games so, I believe this is a legit console..............Accepted!
