Re: TG Allowed & Disallowed Multi / Flash Carts
I'm just GUESSING - but I'd have to say you could probably add the
- NES powerpak
- SNES powerpak
to the not allowed list.
These are available from retrousb.com and allow you to put your own rom files, they work good if any ones looking for something like this though. Starting at $135.00 for every game to be in your original console at all times.

Carts for the NES and SNES aren't being considered. I'm reserving the Not Allowed list for any other carts for the systems I listed, and possibley others from the late 70's to early 80's that are not valid for score submissions.
Regardless, I think the Powerpak is a great purchase, just to have every game on one convenient cart.
Re: TG Allowed & Disallowed Multi / Flash Carts
I've been wanting to bring this up for a long time.
What about this?
Please watch
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NokPAngb4EM
1. Take a SNES game
2. Rip out the eprom chip
3. Burn a different game onto a eprom chip
4. Install the eprom chip into the SNES cart
The guy in the video clearly shows that it is possible and it works.
If a person does this and they submit it to Twin Galaxies by VHS the referee would never know.
If someone did this, they could play tons of SNES game for free.
My question is: How would a referee know if someone did this? I would really like an answer.
Re: TG Allowed & Disallowed Multi / Flash Carts
Well, a referee wouldn't know. We do this at the university. It's more of an honesty and hope thing, although - it's EXACTLY the same. We've ran ZAMN,SMW and a lot of other titles side by side and you could never know.

Rage,
Is the Sean Kelly's Atari 2600 Multicart allowed?
Hopefully so, since the one for the Vectrex is allowed.

Yes, they're allowed. See above for the 5200 multicart.
Re: TG Allowed & Disallowed Multi / Flash Carts
Are 2600 games played on a 7800 using a CC2 ok?
It's my understanding there is a complete 2600 system in the 7800.

Yea, it was the first backwards compatible console.
Re: TG Allowed & Disallowed Multi / Flash Carts
Are you going to add AtariMax Ultimate SD for ColecoVision?
Thanks
