dispute stays open

when i challenged my own tapper for missing video (i didnt realize back then by default twitch auto deletes after a week), and then beat it later, the old challenge remained, thats identical to this situation

also, when jared preemptively resubmitted a bunch of scores, as you know, current and old usually both stay visible. at that point dread challenged all the olds before the new had a chance to hide them, and those disputes stayed open obviously
