Pulsante is Italian for button is what was explained to me. Apparently there were no dedicated Hyper Olympic machines over there and they had a variety of different set ups. 2 run buttons and a jump, joystick AND buttons for both run AND jump, Joystick wiggle to run and up or down to jump, etc...
