despite updating my roms, i had this playing back to a lesser score, no nvram either. i'll defer to someone else.

I suggest use a bat file to record the game.
eg RECORD_androdunos.bat
Inside the file, like this:
cd\
cd D:\YY\Arcade\WOLFMAME_VERSIONS\WM183 (This is your path to the 183 exe file)
mamearcade.exe androdun -record HAL1973AndroDunos.inp -nvram_directory NUL
So you just double click the bat file and it records the inp file.
I suggest you try this with a test score. Just play the game and play it back. If it works, which it should, then go for it.
To playback the inp file, use another bat file:
eg PLAYBACK_androdunos.bat
Inside the file:
cd\
cd D:\YY\Arcade\WOLFMAME_VERSIONS\WM183 (your path to the exe)
mamearcade.exe androdun -playback HAL1973AndroDunos.inp -nvram_directory NUL
Please play in bios US MVS(4slot,rev2). I have loaded it into the MGL tournament in this bios, and it should play correctly in this bios.
