This came from my android cell phone, it just came out that way. I usually use my Desk Top computer capture.

Oliver you started the timer early before you named your file W, actually you lost a few seconds by doing that.

The Timer Started at when Player Pressed Start to begin the game, after naming the file W.
The game Started at start not after naming the file W which Twin Galaxies rules state.
It is clear the game TIMER STARTED at :27 seconds left on the video If you count the Milliseconds the submitted would be correct.

I am ADHD, do not hold it against me, ok. I did the best I can.
Ok so I understand this was submitted practically a year ago and lemme get this straight....
People are abstaining on a record of legit gameplay, no cheating of any sort all the way through, done live aswell. All cause the way time ends with TG's ruleset differs from Speedrun.com's method of end or Wqqqqwrts view of end and the fact that it ends in .9 which we don't do???? Why have the option for milliseconds under the submission process if its a problem?!?! Why cause it makes the record holder list of grandfather records look more unneat cause they didnt get access to milliseconds? cmon man. That's bullshit to the highest degree.
I'm blown away at how dumb all that sounds.
@wqqqqwrt You know me well my guy and I view gameplay down to a science. You got my vote of YES on this cause I know your skill level and dedication to this game and I watched the whole thing through.
I agree, a submission shouldn't be excluded or ignored because the submitter is providing a more exact measurment of the elapsed time. The difference in the rules between speedrun and TG could however be enough for a submissions to be rejected. I haven't reviewed this submission myself because I've been very busy lately and I don't have time to sit trough 1 and a half hours of gameplay. I barely have time to submit my own scores to the site.
Thats good in principle, but in practice it can lead to an inaccurate scoreboard. Lets say Person A's time was 1:30:49.4 and that's what was accepted and put on the scoreboard. Then person B comes along with a time of 1:30:49.8 except person B didnt record the milliseconds, so when it goes on the board it simply reads 1:30:49
This will put person B ahead of person A on the leaderboard, even though person A has a better time.
One potential solution to this is we all, along with the submitter, agree it should be 1:30:49 and he re-submits this performance with that time and asks everyone to vote no to this submission.
