Dispute Evidence / Rationale	This score was done using the level skip trick which is banned. Please move this score to a track that allows that sort of thing. If TG wont make that track I will create it. This score shouldn't just be thrown out, it should be moved.

Please be aware that Ben is deceased and thus would no longer be able to submit his score to a new track. Does TG have any mechanism to account for this?

Yeah that's why I asked that it be moved to another track, and that if TG couldn't create that track I would. It's a legit score just not for this track.

I believe this is another score that was previously removed by TG but reappeared with the new site.

Guys please don't simply vote to remove this score. It would do a tremendous disservice to Ben Jos who was a pioneer of the DK game.

The score deserves to be on the scoreboard whether this track or another we have to create.
As Wes said a resubmission is not possible.

Ben Walbeehm is a well-respected pioneer of Donkey Kong and is deceased. As chief whip/arbiter ;) could you chime in here and give reassurances that this performance will not be lost.

I think the fact you can't use that skip trick is dumb, but I digress. As other's have pointed out, a separate track allowing for the skip glitch makes the most sense.

Giving that reassurance at this stage would be premature. Evidence and opinion are still accumulating here and it will be resolved with the interests of the community in mind, like all disputes. We need to give this more time so that more people can have their say.
