	Due to the invisible timer leeching is not a concern. No known glitches exist. If glitches or a way to leech are ever discovered....oh well. The rules stated are the only rules. If someone discovers something new in the game, good for them.
Rules	You must hold a rescue pomeranian the entire time while playing a game of Tapper. "Holding" consists of the pomeranian in any way being held up by you, this would include sitting on your lap, being held in your arms, even laying on your feet, or any other way in which you are technically holding up the pomeranian. If at any point you are no longer holding the pomeranian for any reason -- accidental or intentional -- your scoring attempt is not disqualified but it does end immediately and the score you achieved at that point is your final score. You may swap pomeranians, but during the swap you must always be holding at least one pomeranian, meaning there would be a transitional period where you are holding two. In your submission make sure to give us some back story about your pomeranian and how he/she was rescued. Any setting are acceptable. Must be real console. Must be original game. No everdrives or similiar devices!. Even playing on the atari adapter for the coleco vision is banned. Only the original game on an actual atari 2600, atari VCS, or sears telegames is allowed. Leniency -- although pomeranians are highly encouraged, any rescue dog is acceptable. Rationale -- In today's modern high-tech world, the technology to cheat has surpassed the technology to catch cheaters. The only fool proof way to ensure fair game play is by involving a pomeranian. A pomeranian's heart is so pure, that merely touching it melts even the hardest of hearts thereby making cheating impossible as no one would ever even consider involving a pomeranian in such a nefarious act.

Seems I would have to dress up my King Charles Spaniel with a wig and hide the Harmony cart. Ooo, these rules are tough on the cheater. :)

I never thought to take region into account. Well, the rules are the rules, i dont specifically outlaw PAL, therefore it is allowed.

I know how that goes. Foreigners faking an american accept seem to think we all come from the midwest with heavy military training.

How can adjudicators determine is a rescue animal? Am I suppose to everdrive the submission and assume that the submitter is telling me the truth? :D

A fair but difficult question. How does one know in the contra chicken wing contest that actual chicken wings and not vegeterian fake chicken is being used? Many things are difficult to prove conclusively. It is my hope the power of love is strong enough to prevent any such lie. I see it simliar to a camera requirement "but how do i know a camera was used to make this video" -- the video itself is proof of where it came. And so it is with a pomeranian, their love is so pure, that their mere presence is proof nothing underhanded could possibly have taken place.

Now, i dont doubt that as technology increases someone may find the ability to disable the power of love. Should that day arrive we will need other verification techniques. As an adjudicator, it falls on you to determine the best way to verify. I look forward to the debates and suggestions that come from this. It is an exciting time in which we live.
