Nice fight, DDD!
Who is the best in this game? David, David or Daniel?

I think Daniel can easily beat this score using the strategy I did with the Mine boss.

No hardware exposition, and game played offline.
Would one of you, who knows how to verify what was used to play this, tell me what makes this evidence sufficient?
as for the hardware, we often accept direct feed that doesnt show the hardware. While my personal opinion is thats less than ideal, such things are often accepted. I'm not sure what about this raises concerns with you, could you elaborate?
The offline thing threw me at first too, I thought about it and decided I was ok with it, so I'll thank you for your question there as I should've outright stated my feelings at the time. There have been other cases, gameboy for example, when a game is rerleased for the same system (gameboy again) as part of a compilation, that since the game software is the same and the hardware is the same, the track allows for playing from either cart. Also, I know @starcrytas had some submissions from a compilation, i forgot the name so he could elaborate here, where a later compilation with even more games was added. The later compilation was treated as though it were the original compilation with some games added, so either disk could be used for games that were on both. I didnt see this as that much different. It was done on an xbox 360 as expected. It was the same software. The only difference is the track was originally for the title accessed online, whereas this is for the title from a compilation. I felt the precedents i listed above justified this.
