M.A.M.E. - Vanguard [SNK] - ADeca 2004 - 1 Life Only - 132,970 - John McAllister
Does the expert skill index really reflect the best Vanguard player in this instance?
I was wondering if I could submit my previously accepted Vanguard MAME WR performance of 740,740 points for this track since I scored 309,480 on my first life that game using this same romset...I would have earlier but I thought this track was closed given the wording. But it also weights towards the expert skill index so I wonder how it could be fair to exclude players who want to compete for that but are not able to submit to this track to do so.
When MGL 50 came up and featured this game I noticed that I was lower than other players on the "expert skill index" for Vanguard overall because I haven't submitted and arcade performance...nor on this track...despite having much higher scores than those ahead of me on the expert index.
It looks like Robert Macauley already successfully submitted an MGL 50 performance for one life on this track that John is trying to do now as well on January 8th of this year.

So is this track closed for submissions outside the old tournament it was created from or not?
If so I would vote yes for John and then submit my own one life performance for this track if that's the case even though the score is a bit older.
I also did a 564,850 point arcade format game in the last Grinkfest Tournament that was verified by Aurcade...but sadly no video to share.
