Based on your submission videos, you will likely have the new TG record for this game. However, what I'm unsure of is the score that will be accepted. Here's why:
I don't know what the exact rules are regarding a recording that dies out due to battery life. It was an unfortunate circumstance; it's clear that you weren't trying to cheat or anything. The scene number and score are consistent from the 1st video to the 2nd video. In addition, you can see that the timer has ticked down slightly.
If this submission is approved, then it'll be approved for the entered total of 125,950.
If you're asked to resubmit your entry, then it'll likely be approved for 104,950 which was your score when the 1st video cut off.
While a few members may ask about showing the console and cartridge at either the beginning or end of your video (and kindly recommend doing so in your future submissions), I can see both in the reflection of the TV.
I've only been on TG for about 2 years and, while I've adjudicated a good number of videos, I've yet to encounter this scenario. Perhaps the more seasoned veterans can help you out.

Regarding the break in the video - As Marco noted above, she dies right before the end of the first video leaving her with two lives. The timer is below the "G." When she starts back up she is in the same place with the same score and the timer is now below the "S." In other words, she lost some points while switching the battery, but it's pretty clear it was done quickly and nothing occurred in the game while it was happening.
As Marco also pointed out above, the console and cartridge can both be seen in the TV.
