MAME Mappy recorded as INP

I am using Wolfmame 0173. I recorded a game as INP format. How Do I convert it to one of the accepted formats for upload?

I just tried to submit a recording, but a message says I need 3 submission points. My profile shows I have 4 submission points.

You do not convert the INP. The INP is the file needed for MAME submissions using Wolfmame not normal MAME.

Wolfmame used to generate a WLF+INP but newer version of Wolfmame only generate an .INP which contain the .WLF file within it. Please note you have to use Wolfmame.
