My 2nd Certificate Information

Hello, I received my certificate on january 26th 2012, all about it is very good (only 2-3 weeks of waiting time). I sent an email to Michael Sroka and he said me "ok it will be mailed tomorrow", all very very good.
But on january 14th I sent by email to Michael Sroka the paypal information for another certificate, 3 or 4 times, but never answer me. I dont know what happened. its normal send the paypal information and only wait for the certificate? or always there is an email saying "yes, it will be mailed.."

Just an FYI. The certificates are 8.5" by 11" not 12? x 18?.

They are supposed to be 12 x18. There was an error in the last printing. If you want it to be reissued in the 12x18, please PM me with your information and we'll get one out to you.
